EeRabbit Logo Design Terms and Conditions
This page contains the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the

this page carefully. By submitting the order form or sending payment the
client agrees to accept the following terms and conditions.
The entire contents of this website is the copyright of EeRabbit Logo
Design and may not be reproduced without permission. All rights
reserved.
Payment
All prices are quoted in EUR. No hidden charges.
Prices can be
converted in (USD) US Dollar, (GBP) British Pound, (JPY) Japanese Yen, (CHF)
Swiss Franc or any other of your local currency during the payment
procedure.
Payment must be made using a valid credit card using
Share-it or
Kagi. If you prefer to using any other
method of payment, email for detail.
Full payment must be verified before design work is undertaken.
When payment has been verified the client will be sent a confirmation
email, marking the beginning of the design process. This will normally
occur within one business day.
Concepts and Revisions
All interaction occurs over the Internet.
Your initial variations will be ready in 3-5 business days, depending on
the complexity of your project.
2 to 5 designers will collaborate on your initial logo design concepts,
depending on the package you choose.
EeRabbit Logo Design will deliver 3 revisions of your project (for
SPECIAL PACKAGE), €20 for each additional revision.
EeRabbit Logo Design will deliver unlimited revisions of your project
until you are 100% satisfied (for STANDARD PACKAGE & PREMIUM PACKAGE).
Revision cycles take 1 or more business days to complete, depending on
the complexity of your requested changes.
Client shall have 1 month to respond to each set of concepts/revisions
submitted to Client for review. If we do not hear back from client for
more than 1 month, EeRabbit Logo Design will assume the Project complete
and the Project shall be deemed to be complete.
Some projects are completed in two days while others can take months to
complete.
Logo Approval
The design process will terminate when the client gives final approval
of a logo design or stationery design. This will normally be done by
email.
Upon completion of your logo design project, Your final logo will be
zipped and sent to you by email, These final files will be included:
Optimized files for the WEB: RGB GIF (72dpi), RGB JPEG (150dpi),
High-resolution image for printing: CMTK TIFF (300dpi), PSD,
Vector resizable files: AI (for MAC), CDR (for PC).
If you have a special request, you can choose to download it from
internet. At the same time, you also can ask us to offer you a CD for
free.
EeRabbit Logo Design will save the copies unlimitedly, if you lose it
carelessly, please contact us (info@eelogo.com),
we will send it to you again timely without any charges (If you need CD,
has to pay mailing fee).
OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS
On completion of the design process, the ownership and copyright of the
final logo and stationery is automatically transferred to the client.
Unapproved draft logo designs shall remain the copyright of EeRabbit
Logo Design.
EeRabbit Logo Design keep the rights to put approved logo and stationery
in EeRabbit Logo Design's website for example.
Refund Policy
We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back.
There is a €25 administration fee for all the refunds.
Refunds can only be issued for orders paid by credit card or debit card.
The refund policy will NOT take effect:
1) If you purchased a "BizCard Package" or "Special Package".
2) If you have approved your logo.
3) If you have requested revisions or redraw.
4) If the company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name,
or their activity.
5) If the project was closed for reason unrelated to our design.
6) If we do not hear back from you for more than 1 month.
